We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our brand and connect with our community.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Elate Beauty, you will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of our marketing programs. You will work closely with our CEO and company partners to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the monitoring of active marketing programs and develop ways to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee the strategy and execution of social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Create, schedule, and manage all content for social media and blog to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage the strategy and execution of digital and B2B newsletters to increase brand awareness and improve customer experience.
• Manage relationships with ambassadors and collaborators 
• Report on social media and newsletter analytics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
• Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Creation and execution of launch and promotional campaigns through our shopify ecommerce website.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, another related discipline OR equivalent related experience
• 4 years of relevant experience in a professional setting
• Expert knowledge of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, linkedin, tiktok, etc.
• Experience creating and managing effective newsletter campaigns
• Experience with Shopify and managing e-commerce platforms.
• Experience managing creator and partner relationships
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Working knowledge of adobe creative suite and canva
• A strong eye for design

Preferences include:

• Knowledge of Later social media management dashboard
• Klaviyo email marketing software experience
• Working knowledge of Shopify Ecommerce website management 
• Experience with SEO and website accessibility
