FREE or REGULAR SHIPPING
Orders that qualify for FREE or REGULAR SHIPPING at checkout are sent via USPS. Currently, USPS processing facilities are experiencing significant delays due to the global pandemic and political disruptions. These delays may be cumulative depending on your location.
Expected Delivery Delays:
West Coast: 5 to 18 business days from the time of shipping
Central: 10 to 25 business days from the time of shipping
East Coast: 15 to 30 business days from the time of shipping
Please use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to track your order’s estimated delivery time. Please note that USPS has been marking some packages as delivered 24-72 hours prior to actual delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING + FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING OVER $150
Orders that qualify for EXPRESS SHIPPING are sent via DHL Express. DHL is experiencing minimal delivery delays and packages will be delivered within 2-4 business days from the time of shipping.
Orders outside the continental United States are sent via DHL, and may be subject to delays depending on the regulations of the country of destination. Most DHL packages are delivered with very minimal delays. Please use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to track your order’s estimated delivery time.

All Elate Staff have been trained in and are following safe sanitation procedures, both from our Headquarters and Remote Office locations. Our production facilities continue to follow stringent sanitation regulations, which have been reviewed and updated in light of COVID-19. Our warehouse and office staff wear masks while packing orders, and all workstations have been rearranged to provide the ability to social distance safely.
