The Beacon Awards are a celebration of beauty brands who are daring to be different by changing the landscape of beauty and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. The best of these brands are honoured and celebrated at the Beacon Awards. The 2nd annual Beacon Awards were held during a live virtual event on September 15, where Elate took home the award for sustainability champion!

We were chosen as this year’s Sustainability Champion for all of our efforts in creating beautiful products without compromising people or the planet. We offer high performing sustainable cosmetics in low waste packaging with a goal of reducing your carbon footprint when it comes to personal care rituals. Our ingredients are 75% organic and our palettes and compacts are made with sustainable bamboo with refills packaged in seed paper that allow you to plant a garden. Our environmentally friendly makeup products are both vegan and cruelty free.
Our Green Business Association membership and B Corp certification are some of the achievements that have allowed us to take home this year’s Sustainability Champion award, and we couldn’t be more excited.
