The BeaYOUtiful Foundation
The BeaYOUtiful Foundation is a Canadian Charitable Organization that provides confidence and mental wellness classes for female and non-binary identifying children and youth, ages 8 to 14.
By facilitating positive mentorship relationships between participants and women from their own community, BeaYOUtiful offers weekly programs, workshops and conferences that focus on building greater self-esteem and self-worth, and provides a safe space for open dialogue. Mentors facilitate on topics aligned to our purpose, including positive body-image, media literacy, leadership, confidence, safe spaces, mental health, and goal-setting. Ensuring our educational workshops are accessible for all children and youth, 100% of programming offered through the BeaYOUtiful Foundation is free.
To date, the organization has impacted over 4,500 youth and has 450+ female volunteers across Canada.
