With 10 years of business behind us, we’ve been reflecting on the decisions that have gotten us to this milestone. Running a business has never been easy, but these last few years have been particularly difficult.
As manufacturers of ethical products, we've faced increasing costs ranging from 25-40% on our raw materials, packaging, shipping supplies, and freight. Despite this, we chose to hold off on a price increase in 2023, understanding that these rising costs weren’t just impacting us, but also you as individuals. However, as we transition into 2024, we've had to make the difficult decision to adjust the pricing of some of our offerings beginning March 1st.
It has always been our goal to maintain accessible prices for our community. To honor this commitment, we will not be implementing a blanket increase. Instead, we will only adjust the pricing of products significantly impacted by supply chain costs.
We will also be decreasing the prices of some of our palettes. We will be making a smaller margin on these to keep palette building accessible to our community.
