Orders To the USA

All orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped out of our location in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Elate is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to help you locate a missing package. FREE shipping on all orders over $35 with destinations within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) via USPS Tracked Packet. $10 shipping for all orders under $35 via USPS Tracked Packet. Orders $150+ will be shipped for FREE via DHL Express.

Express shipping options are available for orders under $150 for a fee. Orders Outside North America Shipping rates will vary depending on the country you live in. Your shipping rate will be applied at checkout.

Please contact us if you do not see your shipping rate, and we will see what we can do! With all international orders, the receiver is responsible for covering the cost of any duties or fees incurred by their country's customs agency.

We recognize ordering cosmetics online can be difficult, so we offer samples sizes of all our face products. We strongly suggest you order samples to test out a new shade before purchasing a full size. Sample sizes are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Once you purchase, if you decide the product is just not for you, we offer a shade replacement on products or a store credit for the value of the item (excluding tax) if you'd like to try something else. Please send an email to and we will give you instructions on how to replace your item.

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was received, we may not be able to offer you an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

At Elate, we stand behind the quality of our product. We absolutely replace items if they are defective or damaged within 3 months of purchase. Send us an email at with the nature of the defect, and a picture, and we will send a replacement of the same item and shade, or a store credit for the value of the item (excluding tax), to you straight away. No need to return the defect unless we request it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not purchase your item through please contact the wholesale partner you purchased through first. All purchases made through wholesale partners are subject to their return policies.
