Your Pro Palette will fit 6 Pressed Foundations, or 12 Blushes, or 24 Brow Balms/Concealers, or 48 Pressed EyeColours. This reusable palette is big enough for all your colours. Exchanges

We recognize ordering cosmetics online can be difficult, so we offer samples sizes of all our complexion products. We strongly suggest you order samples to test out a new shade before purchasing a full size. Sample sizes are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Once you purchase, if you decide the product is just not for you, we offer a shade replacement on products or a store credit for the value of the item (excluding tax) if you'd like to try something else. Our policy lasts 3 months after purchase. If 3 months have gone by since your order was placed, we may not be able to offer you a new product.

Please send an email to returns@elatebeauty.com and we will give you instructions on how to exchange your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

At Elate, we stand behind the quality of our product. We absolutely replace items if they are defective or damaged within 3 months of purchase. Send us an email at returns@elatebeauty.com with the nature of the defect, and a picture, and we will send a replacement of the same item and shade, or a store credit for the value of the item (excluding tax), to you straight away. No need to return the defect unless we request it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not purchase your item through www.elatebeauty.com please contact the wholesale partner you purchased through first. All purchases made through wholesale partners are subject to their return policies.

All of our ingredients are vegan and cruelty-free. We follow the EU standards for safety (the most stringent on the planet) and source our ingredients from fair-trade and ethical sources.

Sustainable packaging

Over 95% of our packaging is reusable, recyclable or plantable—and we’re working on the other 5%. Our vision: To create a world without single-use cosmetics packaging.

FAQs

Our ingredients are about 75% organic. We strive to make our ingredients as organic as possible but will always choose fair trade over organic if we are unable to have both. It is important to us that every person involved in the making of our cosmetics is treated ethically and fairly.

We work closely with a green certified, fair trade manufacturer in China - where the bamboo is water processed and never chemically treated.

As bamboo is more readily available within Asia, we believe it is more climate-friendly (or sustainable) to have our products assembled where it is harvested, and then shipped to us.

Our bamboo supplier was carefully selected based on their FSC Certification. The Forest Stewardship Council Certification is a rigorous process, which includes an individual assessment and yearly audits. 

We use a vegan-based carnauba wax that is derived for the leaves of the Copernicia prunifera tree.

Different from the palm grown and harvested in South East Asia, this powder is extracted from the leaves of the tree and does not require the tree to be brought down. Some ingredients, such as Stearic Acid, are also palm based and are supplied by RSPO certified suppliers who are regularly audited. All Elate packaging is elligible to be returned to us for proper recycling and disposal. Just clean your empty containers and send them back to us, we'll take care of the rest.

Yes, we offer sample kits of all of our foundation and concealers so that you can find the perfect shade before committing. Our sample options can be found on our Sample Kits page here, and will come packaged in  recyclable/reusable aluminum tins. If you are unsure of your matching shade, we encourage you to purchase a sample size before committing to a full size product.

Perfect Palette

The PRO is big enough for your widest dreams. Whenever I share photos of my makeup rituals, everyone asks me about this palette because onto of being function it is gorgeous.

Pro palette

I purchased a perfectly imperfect pro palette. It is so beautiful and I love how easy it is to interchange your products. I am able to keep my summer and winter foundation and blush shades, five eye shadows, and my brow balm in it! Highly recommend!

Obsessed

I absolutely love this pallet it fits all the things I need for my daily makeup ritual. It makes it easy to travel and keep my things organized. I love how eco-friendly it makes my make up routine when I can purchase refills and save on packaging. More than I even expected!

I just received my two new Elate PRO makeup palettes, I love my black faux croc Adept palette for its extra large size, but for sheer beauty and functionality (how much do I LOVE being able to see my cosmetics at a glance??), this Elate palette checks ALL the boxes! And it is ecologically responsible to boot. This is high quality, friends. I'm so very pleased with my purchase and am considering ordering a couple more for gifts. <^.,.^>

Stunning! This pallet is all and more than what I hoped for! Very high quality, and the perfect amount of space (FYI closed this is 8.5”x6”). Also, my package came packaged very mindfully and securely without using a bunch of plastics etc. Everything I can either recyclable or reusable (yay)! I HIGHLY recommend, can’t wait to shop here again!
